Electricity Specific Operational Procedures

The SFE has released the following document to help Market Participants understand the operational procedures specifically designed for the Electricity Futures and Options Contracts. The document outlines Exchange policies with regards to:

  • The Daily Settlement Price
  • Strategy (Strip) Trading
  • The Block Trade Facility
  • Exchange for Physical Trades
  • Pre-negotiated business
